1.Visa Support

Citizens of the European Union countries, Swiss Confederation, Liechtenstein, Canada, Japan, USA do not need visas for entering Ukraine anymore. The rule is valid for short term visits, up to 90 days.

After the 1st of September, 2005 it has turned from a temporary campaign to a constant clause of the Ukrainian Law. However, for the reconfirmation, we would recommend to contact the Ukrainian Consulate in your country before travelling. We hope that the new visa regulations will be supportive for your Ukrainian travel.

For obtaining a tourist visa to Ukraine at the Ukrainian Consulates for citizens of other countries, the following will be required:

• Visa support (letter of invitation)
• Consular application form (to be obtained from the Consulate directly)
• Your passport
• Photo(s)
• Consular processing fee receipts

We can provide you with the invitation needed for your visa processing. Required documents are done within 5 working days. A copy of the invitation is faxed to the Ukrainian embassy, where you will receive your visa, as well as sent to your email or fax.

We provide the invitation for those clients who rent an accommodation through us. We are responsible for people who come here on our invitation and that's why we provide accommodation for them (the address of the apartment is mentioned in the invitation).

To arrange a letter of invitations for entry visa for Ukraine we need your data:

• Your first, middle and last names
• Date of birth
• Passport data and term of its validity
• Citizenship
• Arrival and departure dates
• City, where you will receive visa
• Postal address, fax or e-mail, at which we will send an invitation.

3. Airport Service (VIP)

VIP service will considerably reduce your customs arrival procedure to a minimum. Both you and your belongings will be escorted to either a car or taxi depending on your pervious arrangements. On your departure you will undergo a similar fast procedure expediting you through customs for your return trip home.

4. Meeting at the airport/train station

If you wish so, the agency's car can pick up your lady and drive her to the airport (train station) to meet you. Then it will drive you two to the hotel or rented apartment.

5. Interpreters:

English-speaking interpreters are available on an hourly, package, or daily basis. Interpreter will be available 24 hours, 7 days a week.

6.Apartments reservation

Visit our sections "Apartments renting" and make yourself familiar with conditions of renting apartments with us.

The required deposit is the cost of 1 day stay at the apartment you chose. Deposit is non-refundable. The balance can be paid upon arrival in Odessa.
